I am so ready for the summer. So ready that I made some mixed berry smoothies this morning. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 ripe banana, cut into portions (around a third)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
- Blend the frozen mixed berries, yogurt and banana together until smooth.
- Put in ice cubes, sugar and water, and blend again.
- Serve immediately.
