Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup loosely packed, chopped cilantro
Directions:
- Heat sesame oil on a skillet. Stir fry ginger for about 2-3 minutes.
- In a different bowl, mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce and honey. Add to skillet.
- Add in red pepper. Turn off heat and add cilantro.
- Toss in cooked meatballs, and serve.
